Active Driver Assist Issue -- "Driver Assist Mode Not Available".

I recently got my 23 CRT1 and noticed that the Driver assist gets briefly activated on its own and then a message pops up "Driver Assist Mode Not Available".
This was happening on a 35 mph seed limit. I briefly felt that accelerator pedal ease up as if it was getting into cruise and the speed picked up a tad bit before the message popped up and I regained manual control.

Anyone else experienced this?

Thank you... you are right it was "Drive Mode" not available. It looks like some other folks are also facing the same issue... Not sure what the resolutions is.

There doesn't seem to be a resolution, yet. Sounds like a bug was recently introduced and now you've got to wait for the fix to be prepared and published.
