I took my 2023 Mach E to the dealer to have the High Voltage Diverter Valve replaced. Since the part was on backorder it took almost 2 months to replace. I picked up my vehicle and less than a week after, I am now getting Pre Collision Assist Not Available message. I had my car serviced again, and was told that the bracket that holds the sensor is broken. The dealership is claiming that I hit / ran over something but I know I did not and there is no damage to the front of my car. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem?

Hello! Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to see how I can assist you with this pre-collision assist concern.

Yes, other people have had this exact problem. The bracket can be broken even though nothing else appears damaged. Some of the pieces flex pretty good before breaking. If it wasn't saying that until a week after you picked it up, then it sounds like you hit something.

Also, it's called the High Voltage Battery Junction Box, HVBJB.
