I'm in Texas so I'm always running the AC. When I try to raise the AC temp from 76 to 85 I've noticed it just keeps running at 76. Just to test things out I've left it on 85 for ten minutes or longer and it keeps blowing ice cold. Maybe there's a sensor in car that thinks it's still over 85. I'm not using dual climate. Both sides are synced. When you adjust the AC on other cars you can feel the air coming out of the vents changes temp as you adjust the temp. I'll try a reset but no holding my breath. I really don't want to deal with the dealer taking a week to figure out what's wrong and then saying they can't find anything wrong. For now I just keep the fan running and turn off the AC button until it warms up. I'm hoping a software update corrects this problem.

Try resetting SYNC. That should get it back on track if it is a software bug.

I can confirm that there is some sort of minor software bug in the A/C controls. Mine will not stay defaulted to "dual" and it keeps activating the E-Heat function and defaulting to a temp setting of 75. Plus on one particularly hot day here in AZ (115F+) it decided to just shut off for a few minutes while driving down the highway, which was loads of fun. But it's more annoyance-level stuff than anything I can't live with for now. I am a patient person when it comes to eventual software fixes.

What is the ambient temp and sun load when this happens? If set it to max heat does the outlet temp change?

Problem solved. If you want a high fan speed but not a really cold temp like 80 it seems like the e-heat button adds a little heat to keeps it from being really cold. I thought the heater wasn't working also because the e-heat button seemed like a radiant heat option or something.
