I have not been able to use my Amazon Alexa since I purchased this vehicle. At one point in time, I contacted Ford and got it to work for a few days and then it stopped working again. Now I received an email through the FordPass app advising that I have another three years of Amazon, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Every time I try to get it to work when I log into Amazon, I get a 401 error whether I do it through the link in the FordPass app or I do it in the car, I cannot get this to work. This is very frustrating. It should be a lot easier than this. I’m pretty good with technology, but I can’t get this thing to work. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas to help?
