Without more info, we really can't gauge the wait time based on our experiences.

I changed the order in Feb I think it was October or November when I first placed it

Well May builds are being scheduled right now. So if you have not received a production date then it will be June or beyond. If you can’t wait then go for the other vehicle. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how the orders are prioritized so there is noTelling when you may be scheduled for production.

If you changed the order in Feb/2022.....I believe the order starts over and if you have not received an email confirmation of the change order, that would take it even longer.

My dates are as follows from last year.

Ordered GTPE at the Dealer 10/21/21
10/28/21 Email confirmation from Ford/COnfirmed with Dealership
2/8/22 Build date email
2/14/22 Build Completion email from Ford
2/28/22 Email from Ford that MME has shipped
4/8/22 thru 4/14/22 is the scheduled delivery to my Ford Dealership (Folsom Lake Ford)

As you can see and if the math adds up, no hiccups, and all dates are within 28 weeks of Ordered to Build to deliver. Still not counting my eggs until I actually receive the EV.
Crossing my fingers, in a few weeks........I will take delivery

My Salesman has been good at keeping me updated as well.....

Do you have a signed purchased agreement with your dealer that includes exactly how much you will pay? If not, get that done ASAP. Otherwise you have no agreement with your dealer and they can pull crap on you that will make you very unhappy. Protect yourself with a signed purchase agreement.

Has Ford accepted the dealer's order yet? Your dealer will know the answer to that question. When I placed my order, my dealer did not have any MME allocation and it took five months before Ford gave the dealer allocation and accepted the order. Nothing will happen until Ford accepts the order.

Once Ford accepts it, then it will get in the queue for projection scheduling. About a week or two before it goes to production, you will get a VIN. Once you get a VIN, you can track your car using the VVR (Vehicle Visibility Report) the dealer can run. Fun!

He did say once I had a VIN I could track...I wasn't in a hurry until every other wv just didn't compare.. KIA mark up aside is cheap build & don't like dash or style of Hyundai
