My last two OTA updates were Tesla superchargers and entry made easy. Received them in succession yesterday evening.

Not sure which one did it but now my Android auto fails to wirelessly connect. I've owned the car for 4+ months and have not seen this issue prior.

Btw, I did try rebooting my pixel 7 and turning the car off then on again with no success. Should I try rebooting Sync as a next troubleshooting step?

Ditto.

I've seen this a handful of times (not related to these recent updates). And I either end up connecting to a cable one time and it works after that or a Sync reboot MIGHT fix it.

Sounds good ? I'll try both options. Thanks for the replies!

I received the updates as well and my Ultra 24 hasn't had any issues. You might need to reload the App

I've had problems with my 2021 mark-ee with the Ford pass not staying connected, the Bluetooth disconnecting as well as Android auto. I tried all the things mentioned above with no success. After 3 or 4 hours on the phone with Ford technology department, they said I should take the car into the dealer. I took it in and they gave me a Ford notice that went out regarding this problem. It's ssm52574. It's a one-page bulletin basically indicating they can't Fix this problem with sync 4 until the 4th quarter of this year. So I am living without it for now

If all else fails, you might need to reset Bluetooth and Wifi settings on your phone. On your phone, go to settings, and search for "Reset Bluetooth and Wifi." This will reset every connected Bluetooth device and Wi-Fi network you've ever connected so you will need to pair or join the networks again.

This will also mean you need to delete your PaaK in Fordpass and remove your phone as a paired device in the car.
