About 20-25% of the time when I walk up to my car, it moves the driver seat to my wife’s position. As she is kinda short, I can’t even get in the car in this position. I have turned off the user profiles, I have turned off the “my key”. It is driving me crazy. On a road trip now and it happens sometimes when I just get out to plug in/out from the charger. MyKey is irrelevant. Why are you using it?

Set Profile, add FOB and phone. Adjust seat. Hold profile button until it beeps.

I have no problem with that you need to create your own key profile when you click your own button #2 while wife have #1 with her own key. You guys have two keys? It work for me and my husband to separate the seat profile

Press the memory button for your profile before you get in, and it will adjust it.
Yes, but I should have to. Why is it moving it at all is my issue. I just did a 1800 ish mile drive, by myself and it would adjust as I opened the door. Even in cases where I just got out to plug in to a charger and went to get back in to grab my wallet and phone to walk around and the damn thing was moving. Really hate not having a paper manual. 95% of the driving on the car is me, it shouldn't adjust unless someone tells it to.

I was just reaching for anything that might be causing it. Thinking maybe it was reading her key fob nearby and adjusting for her.

I did add profiles when I got the car. Because of this issue I turned the feature off, trying to resolve it.

Yes we use two different keys, it happens even when I am on the road and my wife's key is miles away.

You should use Profiles, tying your FOB to your profile, and then to the door button for your profile. That should work fine. If she is in the car, it will react to the FOB that is closest to the driver's position, so yours should still work. My wife and I always have both FOBs, and both PaaK, and not once has it mistakenly done anything.

That used to work for me. But since a few updates the car has to be on for those buttons to work, which is stupid because you have to get in and press the brakes to turn it on...

As to OP's question if you find an answer please share, I've had this problem since I got the car 2 years ago and it's never been fixed. Sometimes it decides to go down all the way as if easy entry/exit were enabled and I've never once toggled that option on.

I'm having a similar problem. I set up profiles for my wife and me. I'm on a road trip by myself. Her cell phone and key fob are hundreds of miles away. But about 35% of the time when I start to get into the car, the seat starts moving to her position. My profile is assigned to the memory button #1 and she is #2, but she shows up as the first driver profile. Could this be the cause? Is there a simple way to switch the driver profiles? Or do we have to delete both profiles and start fresh?

p.s. I know I can push memory button 1 to override the car, but I would prefer to try to fix it.

If the seat is only moving forward and back, maybe EASY ENTRY is enabled (Settings - Vehicle - Easy Entry). If it’s fully adjusting, up/down forward/back, then I have no idea. Thats odd.

Because of my long legs, my preferred seat location is as far back as it goes. My wife is shorter and pushes her seat about half way forward. We have EASY ENTRY enabled (which would put the seat right where I need it), but the car tends to ignore it as often as not. Maybe I'll get some more thoughts from the user community.
