Anyone else having Fordpass issues currently?

Sounds like maybe the car is asleep and not talking to the Ford mothership so FordPass cannot relay the message to the car. Since your target charge level was already reached I’m guessing that’s it.

Try walking out near the car and get the puddle lights to come on (wake up the car). Then click charge to 100%.

Sometimes I get a similar FP error message when trying to update the departure time. So I first change the charging settings. Once FP and the car are communicating then I’m able to update the departure times successfully.

Thanks, the car is plugged in (obviously) and I've turned it to accessory as well as fully powered up. Disconnected Wifi, reconnected wifi. Refuses to charge to 100%. Trying to see if there's a way to pick 100% from the car but not finding anything.

Turned off "charging locations"from the car in case anyone else has this issue. Goes to 100% when disabled. (Charging app in car)

Could try the double plug trick too.

Unplug. Plug in. Unplug then immediately plug in again.
