Anyone got discount/incentives on Model Year 2021 Mach E?

My order for a 2021 MME (select, standard range) was confirmed in July 2021, after many delays & push-backs on ETAs, I was informed this week that I will possible getting the car in ~ 1 Month (who knows if I should believe it or not). The dilemma is now that the MY will be open to order soon -- and I am getting a MY 2021!! It is weird. Anyone in same situation? Any possible discount/incentives from Ford to account for the 1-2 MYs depreciation, 10-20% per year?

Have you priced used MMEs? There is no depreciation. You can likely sell your car for more than you paid for it.

I can't see a way that it would be titled as a 2021. Should be listed as a 2022 now. What were the reasons for the delay? Does the sticker actually show as a 2021? Weird!?!

Yeah it’s def not coming in as a ‘21, you should be price protected and incentives still in place

If it’s been sitting in a rail yard for 9 months it could still be a 21. Not the first time I’ve heard of this happening.

It is a 2021. The Windows sticker says so. Order was put in July 2021, it was put to production week of Oct. 4 2021; But after delays & delays (I do not know the reasons), till now, I have NOT yet seen the car. Even worse, Neither the dealership nor Ford was able to provide good tracking information.

The benefits of taking the 2021 would be incentives. You would get offered the rebates and rates of Ford Options back when you ordered (rate subject to dealer adjustment) as we as 0% for 36 months or 0.9% for 48 months. And, a price at least $2,600 less than a 2022, and probably $7,000+ less than a 2023.

And a car that is already a year old. We sold our July 2021 when our May 2021 that came in May 2022 came in.

This 2021 was probably stuck in the back of the chip hold lot and then finally dug the car out to get it out of MX.
