Left the house today and noticed that "I was 41 miles from my destination" (little checkered flag). Pulled up the Nav map but no route was showing. Pressed the voice button and said Cancel Route, but she said No Route Programmed (or something like that). Probably went over 20 miles but distance to destination stayed at 41 miles. Finally pulled over and set Where To to Home. That took and it guided me home. Just another day at the Ford Genuis Bar!

I've had this issue a couple of times with Andriod Auto, but Rick's solution fixed it.

I saw that once. Ended up using the Ford nav to set a new destination and then canceled that one to clear it all out.

I am surprised that it appears the internal nav and CarPlay know about each other.

I have set a destination on my phone using CarPlay and then for a reason I can't remember set a destination using the car nav and found that my CarPlay destination had been cancelled.

This might come up more now that battery preconditioning exists and requires use of the internal nav.

At least once I inadvertently entered a route into Carplay rather than the MME nav. When I tried to cancel the route (which I frequently do when I know where I am) is when the MME told me No Route Programmed. Took some head scratching before I figured out what happened.
