Scratch is on android/ios/web. Android also makes it pretty straightforward to disable/replace anything from launchers to keyboards if you want. Apple tends to work well as long as you stick to their ecosystem. Android's just more customizable/open.Swift allows kids to code for IOS. I don't think a drag and drop style IDE exists for Android.
Plus with Android you have to work around the other crap the manuf bloated the phone with. (Lest that's been my experience)
