I saw one thread on here for this issue, but it was different so I apologize for another thread.

When I use the FOB or the FordPass App to roll up all the windows, they all roll up except the drivers side. That one always goes down no matter where the window is positioned. This is the same with FOB and FordPass.

The order is as follows, I get in the car, roll the windows down manually with door controls. I get out of car and want to roll the windows up, then they all go up except the drivers side door.

I can't remember if rolling the windows down works the same way. I will have to try that later.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Do the auto-up and -down functions work from the driver door armrest controls? If not, you may need to recalibrate auto-up and -down following the owners manual instructions.

The arm rest controls do work accurately. I also saw another thread talking about a Window Calibration or Reset. I will have to try that when I get off out of work today.

For me, it is the driver's side rear door window that stays down often enough. It ONLY happens when I use the remote to raise the windows, no matter what method I used to open them. They all work perfectly with the door mounted switches. It only fails when closing with the App or the remote.

Hello! Could you privately message us with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer so I can look into this window concern for you? Thank you!

FYI to properly test one-touch operation you have to release the switch and see if the windows continue closing without touching it. Holding the switch to raise the window doesn’t count.

I’d try the window calibration anyway.
