No, unlock. Not open.
But the mechanism to open the doors is electronic, so even if they’re unlocked, they may not open without power. The front doors have a mechanical cable as a backup, but Iā€˜m not certain that the back doors do.

Here are some notes from the work shop manual (WSM). It looks like there is a rear door interior cable, however still an electronic interlock if the child lock keeps the rear door handle from opening the rear door from inside.

Each door latch control module has an internal power backup, allowing the door latch release to function for approximately 20 activations or 72 hours after, a power loss (such as a disconnected or depleted battery). page 3410 WSM -> Thinking back to the early dead 12V LVBs, I recall a number of folks reported not being able to open the doors, I think well within 72 hours (probably next morning after sitting overnight), so I'm skeptical of this section in the WSM. As I noted earlier, I did see doors open several hours after the LVB was disconnected, but next morning might be doubtful. Maybe this is the supercapacitor question, where many thought it never got implemented. Or, something discharges the backup power much faster than expected.

The BCM sends voltage signals to the rear door latch control modules. When a rear door latch control module detects a lock or unlock request, it grounds the respective voltage signal from the BCM to lock or unlock the doors. When the BCM receives a valid lock or unlock request, it provides a voltage signal to the door latch control modules to either lock or unlock the door.

The door latch control modules also provide an unlock override feature in the event of a severe crash event. Depending on the severity of the crash event, the RCM provides a network message and wired voltage signal to the door latch control modules. Approximately 10 seconds after the door latch control modules detect this input from the RCM, they enter a crash unlock mode to allow the doors to unlatch from the interior door handle or front or rear exterior door latch switch. The crash unlock mode is exited by cycling the ignition on and off twice. page 3411 WSM

Looks like something else somebody will have to test.........NOT IT.
I have no children. Most of the people I know, if I gave them a ride, wouldn't be a great loss, so I'm NOT IT.

I tried it a few months ago. if the car is already unlocked and the battery is disconnected (or dead), the rear doors will open electronically. I tried it several times. If the car was locked beforehand, you can’t open them because there’s no way to authenticate a FOB or PAAK.

same experiment using the inside rear release. It will open electronically both locked or unlocked. Forgot to try with the child Lock engaged before disconnecting the battery.

Do you recall if it took two pulls to open the doors from the inside when they're locked and the battery is dead?

I don't remember, sorry. I'll have to try it again sometime.
If you end up trying it again, also try to open all the doors enough times to drain the supercapacitors. Then try to open the back doors from the inside to see if there’s a mechanical release. Probably best to leave the windows open. :)
