Backup start passcode?

Where do i find this? Is this something we made up when we bought the car, or is it from Ford?

You set your own code when you setup PaaK.

The door code is the only one that comes pre-set, but you can change that too.

Set it and test it - in your driveway. 20 miles from home is no place to find out it doesn't work. also test it when you get a new phone etc.

While PAAK has gimped on me twice in a short time, the Password worked both times. Actually several times I used the password the 2 days that PAAK "is trying to connect".

So while the Bluetooth portion of the feature has been a little iffy during all the updates and FordPass development recently, the Password seems to be pretty solid. For me anyway.

You can add new ones, but you can’t change the factory door code.
