Why do you think it was arbitrary, and why do you conclude that Ford doesn't think Washingtonians are important?
I'm quite certain it was a carefully considered decision, and I'm just as certain they think all customers are important.

Well it may not be arbitrary. My intention was to emphasize that I don't understand why some states get $2500 rebate with X Plan Options Financing while other states including Washington only got $1000.

Pretty sure the rebate is with Options, not X plan. AZ gets the lower rebate too.

Your right, I need to go fix my previous posts. It is Options that only gives WA and apparently AZ $1100 $1000 while other states get $2500.

While you’re fixing that, you can also correct the amount to $1000. The extra $100 is for the ADA Early Adopter credit that all states get.

I don't understand how Ford decides to arbitrarily give some states X-Plan (correction = Options Financing) rebate $2500 and other states $1000? Are you hearing this FORD? Washingtonians are important too!

I promise you it is not arbitrary. OEMs have incentives and rebates based on zip code all the time, it's a way to adjust the price based on local market while still having the same MSRP nationally (and keeping people from "high price" markets from driving to "low price" markets because the rebate/incentive is based o the zip of the buyer, not the dealer)
