Anyone know how price increases are handled on pre orders?I see some increases on package costs on Fords build and price versus pricing when I placed my pre order on 2025 Mach E Premium back in January!

I have a suspicion that's going to depend on your dealer and what the agreement was when you ordered. They may have agreed to a certain price when you ordered or if you put down a deposit or something like that. You'll have to go back through any of the communications you had or any papers you might have signed.

If you can't find anything that specifically talks about locking in the current price at the time of order/deposit, I would expect you'll end up paying whatever the current price is when you take delivery (though that's just a guess).

Ford honored the 2021 price when I ordered my MME, but got built as a 2022. 21 was $6K cheaper than the sticker on the 22

Yes, the dealer should honor the price it was when you ordered. Ford will price protect to your order price. I say that but it is up to the dealer to do the right thing. Ford will reimburse the dealer 45-60 days after reporting the deal once they see that the person that ordered the vehicle buys the vehicle they ordered.
