Inquiring if anyone else has had this occur. I brought in the MME for the windshield and glass roof adhesive recall. While there the software was updated. I have a 21 AWD Premium MME with Extended Range battery. When I received the car in 4/21 I initially would get 275 miles range on a full charge. Over time, and living in Florida so without the cold weather issues in other climates, my range extended to 304-309 miles on a full charge. I do not know what software updates were performed, but it was the first time I brought the vehicle in for "hard" software updates. In any event, this was 2 weeks ago and since then I have only been able to charge to 255 mile range maximum. My service advisor is looking into this but hasn't been able to give me any answer as of yet. Any thoughts?

Your driving history was likely reset. As the car relearns your driving habits the range reported on the GOM will increase.

In addition, one of the fixes in the software update was "Display Range Accuracy".

However, the OP is wrong about temperature. Florida has lower temperatures during winter. 40s at night. A few weeks ago it was 30s. Anything below 70 is going to impact range.

And, as has been posted over, and over, and over again, the GOM isn't the range indicator, it's a GUESS. The miles per kWh readout, times the size of the battery, is your true range.

Wow....quick response....thank you for that input. I will monitor and submit update as I observe its range. Appreciate your response!
