BCE and PCM Modules - what do they do?

My MME is in production - I've made babies quicker - but YAH!
tonight it shows data in my BCE Module, and nothing in my PCM Module

What does each module do?

And what do the address and instructions mean? I'm guessing machine language specific to Ford and maybe specific to the Mach e.
