Has anyone else had an issue with their BlueCruise not working correctly after updating?
Anytime I try to turn it on it is working as far as lane control/hand free, but the cruise control doesn’t work at all.
Is this a known issue? If so does anyone have a suggestion to fix it?

Have you checked under the settings to make sure things didn’t get turned off after the update?

Hi there! This concern with your BlueCruise doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience. Please send us a private message with your VIN and local Ford dealer and we can investigate things on our end. Thanks!

There are several potential sources for the issue after the update.
To eliminate the possibility of one of the modules in the "ensemble" of needing a reset, you could just disconnect the AGM negative terminal for a few minutes?

If that doesn't solve it, I think there's a possible config issue in the IPMA(?) that would require an Asbuilt edit. (Forscan)

But before going down that road, I'd try the reset first.

@DeMarsh As mentioned above, if it is a config issue, I can check that for you. PM me the VIN and I'll gladly check.
