My dealer has the Mach-e now. They said it would,take a day to complete. I ]just got several emails and announcements from Ford Pass that they did a master reset on my car and that PAAK, Connected Services and backup codes were disabled. Is this normal for the update?

No. But if they ran into problem, they may have done a master reset to troubleshoot.

It took 4 days at the dealer to get my BC working with multiple phone calls and resets. I didn't mind though as they provided a Mach-E loaner for the whole time. They make that loaner available to all the Mach-E owners and schedule accordingly.

Who is your dealer? I use Best Ford in Nashua and they have never given me a loaner even when trying to do the glass recalls. Which by the way have not yet been done.

They HAVE to give you a loaner when you do the glass recall, it's paid for by Ford. Call the BEV team, and they will agree to reimburse you if you pay for it.

I would not be driving a 2021 that hasn't had the recall done on the windshield and roof glass, but that's me.
