I drove in an area that always has BlueCruise today, and BlueCruise wasn't even an option. I've verified that all my settings line lane centering were on. Possibly related, my FordPass app will not update and still gives me the charge level and info from 12 hours ago. Is all of Ford having issues, or is this just me.

It has gotta be a Ford issue. The Ford dashboard on the desktop site shows the same incorrect data as the FordPass app.

Mine worked for this evening. No issues with FP or the car.

Try disconnecting your 12 volt battery negative terminal for at least 10 minutes to reset all of your modules. To me it sounds like the car isn't transmitting or receiving data from Ford and that the GPS isn't working so your Bluecruise won't turn on. Maybe a stuck module?

Disconnecting your 12 volt is like unplugging your Windows computer for troubleshooting, it's an easy first step to almost all troubleshooting algorithms. Just like when you call tech support, they always ask if you tried unplugging for 10 minutes. I always answer "Yes I tried, that's why I'm calling you now, because it still doesn't work".

If the car still doesn't work after disconnecting the battery, then move on to step two, hit it with a rubber mallet .... JK, step two is a dealer appointment. Or reach out on the FDRS thread and PM your VIN to someone that might be able to see some error codes if you don't have code reading capability yourself.

Disconnecting made the app work again. I assume it fixed BlueCruise, but won't be on one of those roads for a while.
