I am confused. I haven't used Blue Cruise since my original subscription lapsed. A few days ago I subscribed to the monthly plan since I am going to take a long drive next week. My intention was to keep the plan for one month only. I was under the impression that you could cancel at any time before the end of that one month and that Blue Cruise would remain active for the full month. I therefore canceled Blue Cruise a few days after I signed on and had verified that it was indeed active. To my great surprise, after canceling I immediately got an email from Ford telling me that my subscription was terminated and that I would get a refund for the unused portion of the original subscription. Has Ford changed how it does things? It just makes things a bit more complicated having to keep track of the renewal date to avoid being charged for another month.
