BlueCruise Update Installed. New issues

Hey everyone! I got the BlueCruise update installed on 10/21/23 and immediately tried to use it on a BlueCruise highway and nothing happened. When I got into my authorized services on the FordPass App, BlueCruise isn't listed (just my navigation and Amazon Alexa). Do I need to do something additional? Lane Centering is selected. I've tried to deselect but nothing. Do I need to immediately sign up for a subscription? Ever since the update, my car will randomly say "Drive mode not available" and kick me out of "Unbrindled" and into "Whisper". I am driving a 2021 MME Premium. TIA!

If they didn't follow all the steps exactly correctly, it might not work. Detailed steps are here:

Suggest trying the Enable BlueCruise Prep Kit function in FDRS.

In addition, there is a recent note:

September 22, 2023: Under investigation - Some Mustang Mach-E vehicles may experience an inoperative BlueCruise after the repair. The "Enable BlueCruise Prep Kit" application may also fail and state that either the ECG/GWM or APIM are not at the latest level.
----Check back here for updates and a potential supplement when a fix is available.

If you do not have the trio of paired GWM, APIM, and TCU updates, it might not work right. 2021s don't have the latest TCU update available yet, so that could be the holdup.
