I asked Bodysidemoldings.com if they had side moldings for the Mustang Mach E yet and he just replied that they do. I told him I didn't see my color listed and he replied that they paint the moldings any color that Ford has but needs the color code of the car. Since I don't have my car yet can somebody tell me the color code of Infinite Blue Metallic Clear Coat? Thanks.

PS - I'm not 100% sure I'll put them on because I want to see where they would be positioned on the side of my car. I've used this company for the last 5 new cars I've had and am very happy with the product and the color match.

AB is the color code for Infinite Blue. And by the way, I have the exact same Mach E on order as you.

Thanks for the tip. I contacted the guy today and he said it will be next week before they have the Mach-E items coded into their system and ready to order. I am going to go for the Rapid Red for mine (color code for Rapid Red is D4). The guy was very responsive and this sounds like a nice purchase to protect the Mach-E. I plan to buy a set and will install them unless they look bad on arrival.

I have used them for the last several cars I've had and was never disappointed. You have to use an alcohol wipe where strip will go and then the peel back the lining which exposes the 3M adhesive and then CAREFULLY place strip where it should go. You get one chance because the adhesive sticks immediately and the bond is incredible. I usually measured using his directions and you can also mark area off with painters tape to stay level, etc.. I don't think he has a template but maybe he will with Mach E. These are great at preventing a lot of parking lot dings (not all of course). I don't think they'll "look bad" when you get them because it's the exact same paint your car is. As far as the shape and placement, you can see that on his site and if I don't like that it would be the only reason I wouldn't use them. It's really not rocket science! Some people don't like the aesthetics of side moldings and that's fine; to each his own. I don't know if this would affect the judging of the car if you decided to show it since you're altering it but I certainly don't care about that.
