Good day all
The Bose system is working ok but not great. Very little low end frequency unless you crank it up to 15 and move the sound to rear of back seats
I understand the rear most speaker is the same as my 69 Mach 1
What can I do to help with the sounds
Within reason. Most of my money is spent on the payment each month so it needs to be a DIY thing and Amazon speakers.
thanks to all

The high end on the 2024 Bang & Olufsen system is over-pronounced. You can play with the Beosonic audio settings to reduce that somewhat. Part of that is the front center speaker, part of that is the tweeters in the dash. The front center speaker can be replaced with one that's got a little better bass response and less sensitivity. There are some sound directors in the front speaker pods that direct the speakers to the windshield that can be modified/removed to reduce the harshness.??

To add some bass response to the car, you can add a powered subwoofer for not too much: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/adding-a-real-subwoofer-w-amp-to-your-mach-e.5481/ ??

EDIT: I forgot to note that some people just unplug their front center speaker. ??

You got a Bose? Mine came with a B&O, but still sounds better than my Bose did on my Cadillac

I tired of the center speaker and just decided to upgrade, via Best Buy, with JBL 6.5 Component Speakers for the doors and a Kicker CXS Series 3.5 2 way for the center. Can't wait for the improved sound.

You’re right B&O
Visit the Crutchfield.com site and click on ‘what fits my car’ in their car audio section. They’ll give you all the options, plus when you buy from them, they provide comprehensive diy instructions and installation kits if needed. Or just call their 1-800 number and talk to them.
I used to be a car audio installer and have used Crutchfield for decades. Check it out.

@HuntingPudel: Where do I find the wire to the front center speaker to disconnect? I assume I lie on the floor and look up under the dash and easy to see?

You have to pop the center speaker grille, remove the front speaker, then pull the wires From the speaker. ??

I played around with the fader for a while, the graphic interface I think called the Beosonic. I thought it sounded pretty good and balanced once I moved the sound so it appeared centered just behind the car's front console in the graphic. It was back much further than I thought it would have to be, pretty much in the back seat area, but that front middle speaker tends to overpower music with its brightness.

That’s the balance/fade control (the one that has a picture of the seats in an overhead view). The Beosonic control is a colorful circular picture that changes the equalizer settings. It has four cardinal points labeled Bright, Energetic, Relaxed, and Warm. I set mine near the Warm area ti defeat some of the excess trebel. I would prefer a traditional 7-10 band equalizer control to this arbitrary labeling, but we get what we get. ?‍♂?
