Brand New 2024 Mach-e Drivetrain malfunction error

I recently completed the registration on my car, which now has 2,000 miles. I bought it with only 180 miles and picked it up on December 13. I absolutely love the car—it's RWD, with LFP and in Vapor Blue.

Yesterday, I got the "wrench" symbol with a powertrain malfunction warning. I scheduled an appointment with my local dealer, but they couldn't honor it because their sole EV technician was overworked. I've been rescheduled for next Thursday.

The technician mentioned it’s an issue with the "auxiliary transmission pump." The warning has cleared, and I haven’t experienced any power loss. Has anyone else encountered this issue on a 2024 RWD model?

I would suggest sharing your VIN and verifying the tech’s diagnosis. There are members who can look up what the code mean. Post here:

Just an update on my situation: seems the error code was auxiliary trans pump malfunction, the code appeared then cleared after restart. Local dealership tested the systems and did a minor update to the software. I have the car back and they said if it happens again, they will replace the pump. Thx for everyone's assistance. James
