We had a MME for just over 3 weeks with a whopping 160 miles and it was almost got totaled at around 100 miles 2 days after we picked up the car. The moment when we were pushed almost off the road and we managed to dodge an accident, I was thinking "Dang, it is going to take a while to find another new MME for a replacement". I would buy again.

Premium RWD extended battery, production date 02/2021. Just over 13 months since purchase and 24,300 miles. The car has had some quirkiness, but those issues seem to be resolving themselves with OTA updates. I have not had the car back to the dealer for any reason. It is comfortable for 3-4 hour long trips, practically free to drive (solar charged), has been entirely dependable and gets pretty great range at 75 mph. I would buy it again in a minute.

With all the current issues and charging problems and 12 volt battery issues. Do you still recommend me MachE??
We have had our Mach e for about 4 weeks now. Last fall we had test drove some other EV but nothing that would compare to the Mach e this is a dream to drive. I waited 6 months for delivery I would have waited even longer if I had to for this car.

Not going to tar all youtubers with same brush but a lot all follow a the same pattern of try and be one of the first to get the newest vehicle generate as much content as quickly as possible which as it is a new vehicle tends to have various teething problems, then replace it within a few months for the next hot ticket vehicle and repeat So they not always the best representation of your ownership experience.

As for recommendation it would all depend on what trim and what your expectations are and if you can get one for no more than msrp. For anything up to the premium trim level, then I will give it a recommendation.

For the GTPE I would recommend only for the benefits of magneride with the caveat that you are having to pay a very large premium for that feature as good as it is, if you are wanting the GTPE as you fancy a performance EV with the current power limitations it is a performance turd and cannot be taken seriously as a peformance EV so on that front it is not recommended.

Mostly been great. Some minor issues (ie: paak, so had to buy a second fob), and the ride quality/suspension (especially for passengers in the back feel the bumps, but that is somewhat expected for a sports type car that tend to hug the road) is closer to a $25k vehicle than a $50+k one. Would still be my number one choice for what is out today and keeping it under $75k.

Thanks for help I just saw one YouTuber ev and chill sold her because of the issues
Or maybe she sold it to get another car to create content with and pocket another $7.5k.

Make totally sense ... But have you saw she went to EA charger and couldn't charge one??
There were problems with Plug&Charge early on that have long since been resolved. Even so, initiating charging via the EA app was a simple work around (and you would have to do this for the Pass + member discount anyway). You'll still encounter broken chargers here and there, but charge faults on the Mach-E side are very rare these days. Also worth mentioning that the charging curve has been updated and many videos citing a steep cliff to ~12kW at 80% are no longer accurate.

Ford MMe premium order. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Lrd

Waiting, waiting, waiting, that's the rub. Look at alternatives that are "as good as" the Ford MME. There is a lot to like. However, be prepared for markups and delivery delays. EVs are the future, but there are major problems for manufacturers delivering on schedule in 2022. You can't order a 2022. Opening of ordering for 2023MY is months off with deliveries in 2023. Other threads discuss how one might acquire the much-desired MME sooner than by Ford's arbitrary ordering process. (I'm at 6 months of waiting for my MME order to be scheduled. Meanwhile I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am happy with the EV I have, while the MME remains a figment of my online experiences.)

I’d reconsider. I have a GTPE. I waited 9.5 months for delivery. I have brought it in at least 4 times (I don’t have it right now) and made innumerable calls to Ford for assistance since delivery in Jan ‘22. The tech problems are becoming incessant and really, really annoying. I have yet to achieve battery range even with the extended range battery, rational driving and occasionally resetting driving history. Ford just asked me if I would allow it to put a “token” in the car so they could attempt to track the software issues and develop a solution. I’m supposed to drive around for 30 days and the device will provide both OTA and my spoken time/date reporting of problems. I’ll be my OWN test case. On a $70K car?? Incidentally - I have never even had the car returned washed and vacuumed. I bring my old VW Hybrid to Volkswagen in for oil changes and that’s done. So - it’s a fantastic car to drive. PE handling is amazing and it’s definitely a driver’s car. It’s beautiful and well appointed. But, until Ford can resolve all the software issues, some dangerous, I’d wait or move on
