Mostly been great. Some minor issues (ie: paak, so had to buy a second fob), and the ride quality/suspension (especially for passengers in the back feel the bumps, but that is somewhat expected for a sports type car that tend to hug the road) is closer to a $25k vehicle than a $50+k one. Would still be my number one choice for what is out today and keeping it under $75k.
Just so you know what you can get for $25,000. The Safety and drivers aids alone are worth it for us.

December 2020 build First Edition here and as others have said, first year, first model glitches but we love it so much we ordered a second MachE.

Its really a well done vehicle that we appreciate more each passing mile. Interior looks modern minimalist but materials are high quality that show little wear. ( Besides the cargo cover but even that can be appreciated for it's weight and portability alone.)

Yup, from my experience those are all about the same suspension although only actually been in a few of them. Mach e is worth the price for other reasons, but suspension isn't one of them.

... Ford just asked me if I would allow it to put a “token” in the car so they could attempt to track the software issues and develop a solution. I’m supposed to drive around for 30 days and the device will provide both OTA and my spoken time/date reporting of problems. I’ll be my OWN test case. On a $70K car??
Wow! That's awesome. That level of treatment is typically only on much more expensive cars.

The car is fantastic, getting one might be the biggest problem. Every new car has issues so if that’s the main concern, be prepared for some no matter which EV you buy…

If I didn't need a truck, I would buy a second Mustang. If I had the money and driveway space I would keep the truck and buy a second Mustang. Our 2022 CA Rt 1 is the best car I've ever driven or owned.

No. Not awesome. Awesome would be Ford figuring out the problem. Yesterday morning the dealer service center tells me I’ll get my car back to drive to get said data (I guess?) and 8 hrs later Ford Cust Svc calls to tell me they’re working on it and btw ordering a new screen so just wait. Uhhhh…. and now i’m really mad again and they’re offering $45 a day for a rental car?!?! There’s nothing I can get for $45 a day and that’s certainly not an equivalent car. And the rep had ZERO interest in giving my any ETA on parts.

You would think they could pull whatever info they needed remotely, or at most need to bring it in a quick trip. I agree, they should be providing a better loaner vehicle to help make up for your inconvenience. At least it sounds like they are resolving the main issue with a new screen?
