Camera view buttons (mostly) non responsive after an update

So for the past month or so, I have had to do a sync reset to be able to switch between 360 view and wide rear view.

It used to work and was very responsive.

I am not sure which power up caused it but I am currently on 24-PU012-FTDI-FX

but it could have occurred after 6.14.0, 24-PU0119-DC-CHG4, 23-PU1113-UNX-DC, 24-PU0102-SVD-FX2 perhaps earlier.

Is anyone else having this issue?

(2022 Mach E GTPE).

YES, been having this problem for ar least 2-3 weeks. very annoying as we back up onto a road.

I am having this issue as well. All I get is the backup camera. Can't switch to the other 360 angles. Annoying as it should be working in a premium trim. Does anyone have any information as to if this is a software issue and if it will get fixed?

My car received the OTA "23-PU1024-6CH-AUD" and ever since my camera works as it used to work.

It is the only OTA I have had since that problem began.

Same issue when I got switched to 6.14.00 - posted in another thread- feedback from there said that it was resolved in the 7.0.0 update... but still waiting for that one.

Hear of any updates on this problem? I've been stuck on update 24-PU0301-BLM-PE for 2 months and hoping that another update would follow quickly to resolve this issue. Too many close calls in parking lots
