Cameras going crazy?

First time poster here, but I couldn’t find this anywhere else. I’ve had my MME for 2 months and all of a sudden my cameras started bugging out (see photos). Has anyone seen this happen? I tried turning on/off the car a few times and resetting sync, but no luck.
I tried doing a chat with Ford, which was worthless, so I guess I’m off to the dealer tomorrow.

That was my first thought too. Worth a try to charge the 12v, otherwise off to the dealer is the only other option I can think of.

What’s the easiest way to charge the 12v? Do I just charge the whole car to 100% and hope it fixes itself?

Well, the ford website shows my charge level at 91%, so it would seem that isn’t the problem? Off to the dealer I go…..

Day 1 at the dealer: “something is indeed crazy about these cameras and the service foreman has never seen anything like it before. Can we keep it overnight?”

….so it begins…

They’ve ordered replacement cameras to install next week. We’ll see whether it was a freak hardware issue or something that ends up persisting. Seems like they weren’t able to fix it through the software side.

So, interestingly, on Sunday, the front/rear cameras fixed themselves, but the 360 view was still bonkers. The rear camera system was replaced today and that seems to have fixed it. The notes said that they ran a diagnostic on the camera and it pulled an internal fault code.

Fingers crossed it was just a bad camera and not a bad omen!

My 360 camera, front and side cameras just stopped working. they had to replace a large coax cable and a cpu module. had to take out the center console, seats etc. took 2 weeks to diagnose and fix. works now. just got it back last week.

It happened within about 90 days of receiving the vehicle. Hasn’t been an issue since they replaced the cameras. Good luck!
