CANADIAN Mach-E owners Heating/Defrost issues

This thread is not to debate the issues. There is a cold weather issue with some Mach-E's. What is needed is for Canadian owners to contact Transport Canada easiest by telephone 1-800-333-0510 and log the issue. Need to get folks with the poor heat/defrost issues logged so we can get some action. Transport Canada has closed the file as Ford has told them the OTA fixed it. But for many it has not if it fixed any at all no data to support that. This is for folks who live in areas where temps get below -12 to -15c as there is where the issue begins and gets worse the colder it gets.
