I have a '22 MachE and we are in Virginia. We are getting ready to take a trip to Florida and I was going to plan our trip using the connected navigation.
For some reason, it will not let me enter my address in Daytona Beach. It won't let me enter ANY address in Daytona Beach! It won't go past South Carolina.
Has anyone had this issue? I can't even put in the Daytona Speedway. If it continues I will use ABRP on Android Auto but you would think that the navigation that I PAY FOR would find a house in Daytona! I called Ford tech and they said to "drive around and maybe it'll gather more addresses". USELESS! Sorry for the rant but I need some help here.

When you say that you pay for the navigation, you do mean the $8/mo "Connected Built-in Navigation" and not the $10/mo "Premium Connectivity", right?

Just spitballin' as your issue makes no sense to me either.

Also, is the symbol at the top right of the screen showing you're connected to Ford servers?

Yeah it's the $80 a year plan and yes, it's connected to the servers. For some reason I can't put in any addresses in the Daytona Beach area. We used to be able to plan this on the app! Not anymore. Frustrating.

Add the ZIP code, or choose where you are searching near - the free text search doesn't grab address farther than ~500 miles from the vehicle.

Interesting. I tried the zip as well but it still gave me a blank. I'll try it a different way. The 500 mile part makes sense because it only went down to GA and FL is 600 miles away from me. Thanks. I'll report back.

You could also try zooming in on your approximate destination then tap the screen, it will let you navigate to those coordinates, then you can adjust when you're within 500 miles.

OK, zooming in and tapping gave me an option to navigate to the coordinates. Now I have a new problem. It wants to stop at Ford dealership chargers. I want to narrow them down to Tesla and EA chargers. How do I do that? Can I?

'25's have support for superchargers but we're still waiting for prior year support. There are other threads that cover this in a lot more detail. Google maps/Android Auto or apple maps are probably your best bet, or abrp.
