Can't remote start in Fordpass

My Fordpass app (android) has stopped letting me remote start the car. Same for locking and unlocking, frunk/trunk, and windows. Seems to have started a few days ago.

No recent updates to the car and Fordpass hasn't been updated since March.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but I'm not doing anything different from how I used to start it.

Try rebooting phone. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, with a reboot of the phone after uninstalling.

Same problem using v5 app.

Older v4 still works.

Thanks. I had rebooted a couple of times since this started, but I guess third time's the charm!
