Car fault or EA fault?

The update is that I went back to the EA charger the next morning and specifically the units that failed to charge for me.

I did the steps that @spaceevdriver.6480 did and it worked. Which is of course the same thing I did the day before. Though, I might not have turned the car off the day before. Urgh?!?

The last time we charged at EA a few weeks ago I was NOT able to start the session via the EA app. I started the process with Ford PnC and it worked perfectly. I paid a few cents more but happy that it worked since I had zero choices since we where too far from the next charger to make the trip. These where the newest EA stations and the latest app version. I also verified funds in account before the trip.
