Car forgetting cabin conditioning option

Hi, my car keeps forgetting my preference to warm the cabin before my scheduled start time even when unplugged.

To be clear, I’m not talking about battery conditioning- it’s specifically the cabin warming.

with my car plugged in - works every time.
car unplugged - works once or twice and then forgets.. app still showing as it being set ‘see screenshot’ but doesn’t happen.

I turn it off, turn it back on and then it’s ok for maybe a day or two.

then forgets again..

many ideas?

Your departure time does not say AM or PM? Maybe confirm the setup. Or maybe try not being on 24 hour clock?
