Did anyone else’s instrument cluster change with the latest software update? My digital speedometer is to the right and In the center is a simple overhead icon of the car.

It looks like the cruise control or forward distance setting mode. I have tried Turing the cruise on and off and the display stays the same.

Also the display does not change with drive mode setting changes like it used to. Anyone know how to revert back to the old display?

Why is there an ‘L’ on the screen. How do get the car in low????

You push the button in the middle of the drive selector dial. It is handy to use to give more Regen. I use it frequently after passing someone on a one lane road so i do not have to use the breaks.

Did you notice you're going 1 mph in park, and good god man clean your dash.
What? Car! Middle! I don't have a speedo anymore.

Using the brake pedal will use the same regenerative braking in that scenario.

When you use the "L" the brake lights do not come on. So not the same...

Is that bad for standard range in cold weather?
To me it is but I live in NC. Mine is usually around 250 miles in winter and 270 in summer

But you have a GTPE. That's not a standard range.
All I know is when I hope in at 100% charge and it's warmer weather it predicts in the high 260 mile range. In the winter when i charge it to 100% its about 250. That is all I know for sure. Note, I only charge to 100% when I am going on longer journeys and I think I may need it. But when I charge it to my normal 90% I estimate in my head similar values.

I just traded my 2021 Mach E Select for a 2023 Mach E Premium. On the 2021, if the cruise control and lane departure features were set to 'off' using the buttons on the steering wheel the speed display moved to the center of the 10.2" instrument cluster. The display remains on the right on the 2023 regardless of the settings. I do not like the change. I hope Ford comes up with a software update to address the issue. The speed is hard to see when it's on the right side of the instrument cluster.

I think you may be the first person to mention that.

Also, the animation for the different drive modes do not display well when the 'car' icon is in the center of the instrument cluster. I really liked that feature on my 2021 Mach E. Now the animation is at the top corners of the display and depending on the mode selected can hardly be seen. PLEASE FIX IT!

Your 2021 must have been behind on updates. It's already fixed on the 2024 models.
