Changes in online order?

I ordered with a dealer that really hasn't been living up to any expectations as far as transparency, communication, or anything else. I asked them to change the color on my order from Dark Matter Gray to Star White, and after asking for an update they say they changed it. However it's been a couple days and the online order still says "Dark Matter Gray."

Should I expect the online order/reservation to update?

Yeah it did unfortunately. Warning to all others my price did go up by the expected $1,000 (Premium SR RWD). So I guess they may have done something, but the color is still wrong.

This guy acts like it’s a chore to answer an email or text. At this point I almost just don’t want them to keep the car out of spite. I’ll go ahead and ask though.
