Charge Fault error

My MME Premium AWD ER that was built 9/21 and has around 2000 miles on it has been returning a charge fault error when I try to charge it lately. It happened 3 times last night after unplugging it and plugging it back in each time. My car is up to date with updates. Any idea what could be causing this?

Yeah I searched charge fault error but shockingly nothing came up. I'm charging at home plugged into a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. Temp was in the 80's.

Ok, there’s been issues with that charger, sounds like what the problem is. I suggest charging at a different charger to rule it out.

Ok, there’s been issues with that charger, sounds like what the problem is. I suggest charging at a different charger to rule it out.
