Charge Paused

When I plug in my Mach e gt it says charging paused and the ring is white. I have plugged in multiple places both level 2 and level 1 at home. Does anyone know what might have caused this and how I can fix it? It started the morning after an update was installed.

I had the same issue. I am using the ford mobile charging unit 240V. I unplugged the charger from my wall and plugged back. That has seemed to fix it.

Thank You so much! That worked! 2 trips to the dealership and they couldn't tell me how to fix it.

I got the same issue after 6.4 and another unnamed update yesterday. A little ticked to wake up and no power. Used the phone app to start. Will chime in if does it again at next charge.
