Charge Port Door Locked?

Does anyone know if the charge port door opens with a release lever inside the car, or do you just walk up to it and press to open? Slightly worried about vandalism.

On the pre prod models I've seen it has a locking bolt on the flap that only allows it to open when the car is unlocked and it's activated by a button.

The latch can be seen in the image below. The latch is on the far left of the image (just a nub showing), and the receiving latch mech is on the middle far right of the image.

It should be quite secure when not in use.

I have been driving my c-max energi since 2013......charge port door is a dimple you push, and it swings open, push same dimple to close.......have never had a problem with vandalism and now that I've opened my mouth hope that continues, haha
