Another update on this issue. It seems to be a software issue with the Wallbox charger. At the request of Wallbox support, I turned off automatic updates and did a factory reset. This put the charger software back to version 5.3.17 and I had no "Charge station fault" errors for the two charging sessions I did with that version. I then updated to the latest version of their software (6.7.18) and had the "Charge station fault" error message with the very first charge. They recommend staying at the 5.3.17 version of the software, but that seems like a bad idea to me (although if it is going to cause damage to the car or the charging subsystem of the car then that is probably a good idea). I have volunteered to test out any new versions if they want to test to see if they have resolved this issue.

I was reasonably confident it’s a problem with their software, that pretty much confirms it.

That's interesting. My Pulsar Plus is on 6.6.15 and it says my firmware is up to date, and I have no issues with this. Looking at their release notes, it looks like 6.7.18 was released recently and it does seem like it might affect charging compatibility. Good to know not to upgrade to that version should it be offered to me!

One final update on this. Wallbox contacted me after telling me there was no way to install an older version of the firmware unless they rolled a version back for everyone. The stated that they did roll the latest version back because they were "having other issues with that version". I am now running on version 6.6.15 and this version does not have this issue. So it was definitely an issue with their software. Thanks to all for your input!
