Hi,
Since a couple of updates ago, I keep getting a "Charge station fault. See Manual" error message BUT only when trying to use a Chargepoint station. My home Ford charger works perfectly fine as well as Electrify America fast charging stations. My job has free charging at Chargepoint stations around campus and the 2-3 different stations I've tried all won't work and the ring glows red. HELP! Anyone know how to fix the issue?
I have unplugged/plugged back in. I deleted all of my preferred charge times/target charging settings. There are multiple chargers there and I see other EVs charging so I don't think it's the charging station causing the error. I also went back later in the day to see another car using the same station where I got the error.
