For the past few days I have received the following error: Mach e charging error. Charger not fully connected. Please make sure latch is down no debris is present in charger port. Some times the Mach E will initiate charging again, sometimes not. I can unplug my home ChargePoint charger and replug and will begin to charge and then stop with the error again. Sometimes it will complete the charge. I replaced the original (2021) 12 volt today. Drove the car and then stopped at a DC Fast charger. No errors. Came home and plugged in within 10 minutes the error again. The temps here in N Georgia have been in the mid 20’s and tonight the low is expected to be 16. Any ideas on this? I searched the forum over the past few days but could not find a similiar Post.
