Charging errors - public and home

I’ve searched recent threads and did not come across a similar situation.

I frequently use a ChargePoint station while at work. Plugged in as normal. When leaving work ChargePoint station has registered time but has 0 estimated added miles. Check FordPass and has a charging error message. Details provided no additional insight. Decided just a glitch and ignored.

Back home parked and plugged as normal. When leaving this AM … No additional charge gained overnight and lights on chargeport flashing white (not normal blue).

Any insight appreciated … or point me to the correct thread to read up on the potential issue.
