I also have a 2025, and recently my TCU (modem) died and had to be replaced. The first symptom that I noticed was the GPS stopped working and just showed a flashing "?" at the last known location. Also, all connectivity options were disabled in the setup screens (including the option you're wondering about: auto updating the clock). Check and see if your GPS is working. If not, you probably need a TCU replacement.
I tried some of the things people suggested like resetting sync using the steering wheel buttons, pulling the related fuse for the TCU, and unhooking the 12V negative wire to try to reset it, but it turned out the TCU was dead and needed to be replaced at the dealer.
