Co pilot 360 2.0 order status

Hi everyone - sorry to reach out with this topic, but my dealer has been less than helpful. We have a 12/5 premium AWD order date. I started getting antsy in the past month and after reading comments on this forum reached out to my dealer to inquire about our order stats. Specifically, I asked if any changes needed to be made to the order to make sure we receive a date. I had seen a number of things here about park assist stopping you from getting a date.

My dealer reassured me multiple times there was nothing to do and that Ford was just being all. Today, he emailed me and said “you are right, the hold up is the co pilot 2.0 360.”

I then got an order update email where they apparently removed this feature.

I am frustrated that I have to bring these items to my dealers attention, but my question for the group is what exactly is this feature? Did I just give up some sort of feature on my new car in order to get it scheduled for production?

I would just ask my dealer, but they rarely respond to my emails

Are you talking about the standard Co-Pilot 360/Assist 2.0 or the optional Co-Pilot 360/Active 2.0 (the second one is required for Blue Cruise)? I haven’t heard that they are dropping either from the car, but it would suck to pay for the optional one and not get it. ??
