Coating from the A-pillar

Hello everyone,

I need to remove the coating from the A-pillar on the driver's side. Can someone provide me with the workshop guide that explains how to do it correctly? So I don't break any fasteners?

Are you talking about the interior trim piece on the A-pillar? It’s press-fit into the airbag mounts. Use a plastic pry bar to remove the top of the trim piece from the car. Pivot it out as if the bottom is hinged since the bottom is captured by the dash and a/c duct. Once you have it about 20 degrees out, it can be lifted off of the a/c duct and removed. ??
