Yes, just last week. Was saying Memory changes not allowed while driving, something crazy like that. Rebooting Sync (vol down + forward) fixed it.

Usually happens when you press the seat preset button while driving

Ok, here is the latest update on this issue. As I posted previously, I couldn't get my car to recognize my icon in addition to my radio presets so I took it to the service department at the dealership the other day while it was misbehaving so he was finally able to see what I was talking about. The service manager couldn't get it to change either. I told him this was a problem with other Mach E's per this forum. He said he would call Ford and let me know. To my amazement he called me the next day and told me that Ford told him what to do and to bring the car in. I brought it in today and picked it up several hours later. He said it was all fixed - in addition to the fact that my pre-collision alert going off yesterday for no reason at all.
Anyway, I asked him what he did to fix this issue. He said that they were able to do a manual push. He said the dealer is able to manually do the push even several months before it goes OTA.
So, long story short, contact your service department and tell them that Ford says it can fix this issue.
If I have a continued issue, I will let you all know.

Did they give you the 4.1.2 updates (new drive modes, heat adjustable by center knob)? I am really curious, as reports are that even the 4.1 updates don’t fix these issues.
