My screen has gone black twice, once at speed on the highway. There was no warning and no indication of how to get it back. Dealer reloaded some software after the first time but the blackout occurred again on the highway.

Display has also gone low contrast for no obvious reason but eventually came back to full contrast after sitting over night.

No temperature extremes involved. Basically room temperature.

Car is also not always associating key fob with a profile resulting in "Guest" status but with no ability to change to the appropriate profile.

Dealer seems indifferent suggesting the display isn't needed anyway.

When asked if these issues were reported somehow to Ford the dealer said no.

Disappointing....

Good morning! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your display screen concern on my end.

Don't really expect wife to deal with such disruptions with 2 year old in the back seat while driving a $60,000 car at highway speed.

Sure, I get that. My wife would be furious if she had to deal with it as well. I’m not saying it’s the preferred thing to do; I’m just saying it’s an option for you when the moment hits.
