My 2023 premium started to have the issue of black screen when the car was powered on. I searched the forum. Some said it was heat related. Some said the deal replaced the screen or APIM to fix it. I took the car to a dealer twice but they could not fix it and refused to replace any hardware.
Two weeks ago, I decided to do a factory reset of the software. It is under “General”. It actually solved the problem. I have not had any black screen since. Give it a try if you have the problem. Hope it helps.
